Here is the recipe for the sweet loaf cozonac, and a slideshow of Simona making it. Believe me, it is worth the effort, since these loaves are absolutely wonderful, and they make great gifts, too. Be patient, the slideshow will take a few minutes to load onto your computer... This is a work in progress, so just let me know if it doesn't yet work right for you. I hope to have her hand-mixing videos online soon, too. My host server is objecting to the .flv files, but I hope it can be resolved soon.

I'm also including a recipe for Suc Concentrate, so you can make juice concentrate out of any kind of berries or fruit. It is wonderful, just add half an inch or less to the bottom of a glass and fill it with water, flat or mineral, or with club soda. Yum!
