Suc Concentrate 3 kilograms fruit (any kind) strawberry (capsun ), sour cherry (visin), cherry (cires), huckleberry (afin) 1 liter water 1. Let sit for 24 hours, squeeze all juice out through cheesecloth 2. Results in about 5 liters of juice 3. For each liter of juice, add 1 kilo of sugar (zahar) 4. For the whole batch, add: one packet sare de lamâie, and (believe it or not) SIX ASPIRINS 5. Mix very well and let sit for one day, then bottle it up! To serve, pour about a centimeter in the bottom of a glass and fill the glass with water. Enjoy!
